These conditions apply to the packages, plans and automations you contract with Tommen Yang.
Delivery times
Delivery days count in business days from when we receive all the content on the checklist: copy, photos, logo and access.
Revision rounds
Each package includes a number of rounds. A round is one consolidated list of changes on the preview.
Approval by silence
After ten business days without comments on a preview, it is considered approved and we proceed to publish.
Deposit
The 50% deposit is refundable until you receive the first preview. After that it covers the work done.
Not included
Domain, hosting outside the monthly plan, professional photography, copywriting from scratch and ad spend.
Payments
50% to start and 50% before launch, in US dollars, to a US company. You receive an English receipt, not a DIAN electronic invoice.
Ownership
Once payment is complete, the site and its content are yours. Automation code is licensed for your use.
Governing law
These conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the company is incorporated, without prejudice to the rights Colombian law grants you as a consumer.
